Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator at OneSchool Global UK

We have a fantastic opportunity for an EU Campus Accounts Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, with regular travel to the Regional Support Office in Warwick- you will be required to be in the office for at least 3 days per week or full time.
Please note, our Regional Support Office will be relocating to a new site in Coventry in early 2026.
The successful candidate will undertake all aspects of AP, AR, Treasury and NL for Campuses based in Europe and support in collation of Data into a new Finance System.
You will:
- Have experience within a similar role (Charity experience is desirable)
- Have experience using Sage50 or equivalent
- Be AAT qualified or equivalent experience
- Have strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and good problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage workload and meet strict monthly deadlines
- Be a positive role model of professional practice and conduct of others
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and identify own development needs
- Ability to demonstrate clear management skills
- Be an approachable individual where staff do not have any hesitation in bringing matters to attention, always ready to help and assist
- Have a flexible approach and positive attitude towards work

Key responsibilities:
- Code and check purchase invoices and expenses
- Enter purchase invoices an and expenses on Sage Intacct or similar systems
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Deal with supplier / invoice enquiries
- Be a point of call for EU Campus Treasurer queries
- Provide weekly Bank Account Reconciliations
- Post NL Transactions (Incl. FA, Payroll, Accruals & Prepayments) via Sage Intacct
- Support the EU Regional Finance Director in producing standardised, accurate, reconciled and timely monthly financial reporting and performance packs, including Balance Sheets (e.g. Bank Reconciliations)
- Support in Data collection for Sage Intacct from Sage 200
- Populate templates for data to export into Sage Intacct
- Other ad-hoc duties as required and directed
- Uphold and promulgate the OSGEU ethos within all areas of responsibility
