We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional SENDCo to join our Hindhead Campus on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a forward‑thinking, highly motivated and inspirational practitioner who is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and achievement for all students. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a clear vision for outstanding SEND provision, fully aligned with OneSchool Global’s Student Support policy.
You will bring substantial experience of working with students with a wide range of needs, including autism and social communication differences, physical disabilities, dyslexia, and other specific learning difficulties. You will also have a strong track record of supporting students working significantly behind age‑related expectations and designing bespoke, personalised curricula where required.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will preferably:
- Have had extensive experience working with children with autism or social communication needs, ADHD, physical disabilities, dyslexia and a broad range of learning difficulties.
- Have had experience supporting students across multiple Key Stages, including those requiring highly personalised or significantly adapted curricula.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least three years’ experience and possess the NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification.
- Have a strong track record of leading and line‑managing a team of teaching assistants, ensuring high‑quality practice and professional growth.
- Demonstrate experience of observing lessons and providing expert, constructive advice to improve classroom practice and SEND provision.
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner themselves, modelling high‑quality teaching and inclusive practice.
- Have substantial experience in planning, coordinating and delivering targeted interventions.
- Have strong knowledge and experience of Access Arrangements, including assessment processes, evidence gathering and liaison with external professionals.
- Be able to lead strategically across the campus, shaping a clear, ambitious vision for SEND provision in line with OneSchool Global’s Student Support policy.
- Be committed to raising the achievement of students with SEND through effective provision, robust systems and high expectations.
