This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions and thinking strategically about talent.

You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, helping to strengthen our recruitment approach, improve candidate experience and build the talent pipelines needed to support our future success. About the Role

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support and Regional Support Office positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions. A key focus of this role will be proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring we have access to high-quality candidates for both current and future vacancies. You will also support employer branding initiatives, enhance recruitment processes and provide market insights to help inform hiring decisions across the business.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about finding great talent and building strong relationships. You will have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a related HR role
  • Demonstrable success in building and managing talent pipelines
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
