Our Salisbury team is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team on a full time, term time only, permanent basis.

About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a similar role or have a relevant life-experience and passion for working with students aged 7+.
- Have knowledge, or willingness to learn, of the National curriculum and additional support needs.
- Have experience of working with children/ young people of relevant age in a learning environment or relevant work experience with transferrable skills.
- Have good communication skills written and verbal.
- Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism, with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levels.
- Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work.
