About the role
- As campus principal, you will provide visible, hands-on leadership and be accountable for the day-to-day management and professional direction of the campus.
- You will lead the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through OneSchool Global’s self-directed learning model, ensure high standards of pastoral care, and foster a positive, inclusive school culture aligned with the organisation’s ethos, values, and guiding principles.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community.
- Provide professional and instructional leadership across Y3-13.
- Oversee campus operations, setting and managing budgets.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and NZ curriculum requirements.
- Create an environment where both students and staff can thrive.
- A strong focus on student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing will underpin all aspects of your leadership.
