We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional SENDCo to join our Hindhead Campus on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking, highly motivated and inspirational practitioner who is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and achievement for all students.
The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a clear vision for outstanding SEND provision, fully aligned with One School Global's Student Support policy.
You will bring substantial experience of working with students with a wide range of needs, including autism and social communication differences, physical disabilities, dyslexia, and other specific learning difficulties.
You will also have a strong track record of supporting students working significantly behind age-related expectations and designing bespoke, personalised curricula where required.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will preferably
- Have had extensive experience working with children with autism or social communication needs, ADHD, physical disabilities, dyslexia and a broad range of learning difficulties. xgikmsk
