  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the implementation of individual education plans and learning strategies where required.
  • Supervise students during break times, educational activities and school events as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the campus and support school initiatives where needed.

  • The ability to build positive and professional relationships with students, staff and parents.
  • Patience, empathy and a flexible approach to supporting individual needs.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • GCSEs/National Qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, or relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Experience supporting students with Additional Support Needs (ASN), SEND or learning differences would be advantageous but is not essential.
