We are recruiting a Specialist Finance Account Manager – Commercial to join our Sales function, covering the South West territory. In this role, you will support the Bank’s growth strategy by building and maintaining strong, sustainable relationships with key intermediary partners. This is a field-based position where you will work autonomously while remaining closely connected to a collaborative and supportive Sales team. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and play a key role in driving our commercial lending proposition forward. Given the nature of the role, you will be required to live within the South West territory to effectively manage your broker network.

What you will be doing?

As a Specialist Finance Account Manager you will proactively identify and develop commercial sales opportunities through intermediary relationships across your territory. You will deliver a high-quality, relationship-led service to brokers, providing tailored support to help achieve agreed business targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering agreed mortgage loan completions and associated activity targets through effective, face-to-face relationship management
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing a robust account management plan for your territory
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Group’s specialist finance product suite and sales processes
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support deal progression and service delivery
  • Promoting OSB Group across the UK by representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Managing queries and complaints professionally, in line with Group policies, compliance standards, and service expectations

Base salary of £60,000 - £70,000 dependant upon experience, £6,000 car allowance, enhanced family-focused benefits, annual bonus opportunity up to 40%, 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.

  • Proven experience and specialist knowledge of Commercial Lending and relevant regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
