Heritable Development Finance represents a joint venture between OSB Group and Heritable Capital Limited. Heritable’s core business is the funding of residential and mixed-use developments and we work closely with developers and housing associations in order to understand their complex funding requirements. Heritable provide senior debt for new build developments as well as for the conversion and refurbishment of existing buildings and we understand that a specialist sector needs expert knowledge. We are a small team of 14 who have many years of experience working for a number of niche development funders. Based from our London office, we are looking for a Senior Loan Administrator to join a team of 5 within the Loans Administration Department, reporting into the Operations Director. The role will play a crucial role supporting the front office team in processing, controlling and maintaining bespoke property development loans.
As a Senior Loan Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, documentation and control of all aspects of approved loan facilities as well as production of management information. The role provides a crucial function in processing, controlling and maintaining loans through their full life cycle. The Senior Loan Administrator will be responsible for managing professional relationships with third parties associated with writing and maintaining loan facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all loan offer terms and conditions are satisfied before completion
- Reviewing quantity surveyor reports, verifying stage payment certificates, and preparing stage payments for approval
- Instructing solicitors and surveyors to complete security, valuations, and ongoing monitoring requirements
- Posting transactions to the Phoebus system and reconciling bank accounts with loan accounts
- Supporting land advance preparations
- Preparing security release documentation
- Opening and updating loan accounts on Phoebus and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring arrears and escalating issues to Lending Directors where necessary
- Completing CDD and AML checks on directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners
- Producing monthly management information and verifying reports and statements prepared by others
- Supporting redemption processes and assisting with the collection of outstanding interest and capital charges
We offer a competitive base salary depending on experience from £60,000 - £70,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
