About the team
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Change function, delivering high-quality property services and business change projects across the Group. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to our strategic objectives. Working closely with business sponsors, programme managers, IT teams and third-party partners, you’ll ensure that the right solutions are delivered through robust planning, effective governance and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a highly visible role, requiring regular interaction with senior stakeholders and collaboration with teams across the UK and India. This role can be based from Chatham or Wolverhampton and is a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment opportunity. Applications will close mid-night 31st March.
What you will be doing?
As a Project Manager you’ll play a key role in supporting the ongoing transformation of the business, managing complex change across systems, processes and customer journeys. Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver end-to-end projects to agreed timelines, scope and budget, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, managing resources, costs, dependencies and documentation using JIRA, Confluence and Planview.
- Establish and embed effective project governance, frameworks and ways of working.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and deliver system and process improvements.
- Manage workstream performance, risks and issues, taking corrective action and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, providing clear reporting and influencing decision-making to align with business goals.

- Experience delivering or supporting change projects within property services, operations, or financial services.
- Strong track record working in project management, delivering projects ideally using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of the full project lifecycle and delivery approaches.
- Experience producing and managing key project documentation and reporting.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at a senior level.
