We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Pricing Manager to join our Product team on a fixed‑term basis. This role plays a key part in driving growth and profitability across our specialist lending brands by ensuring pricing is aligned to business targets, market conditions and customer outcomes. You’ll report into Head of Mortgage Pricing & Planning and work alongside a small team to manage product ranges to ensure pricing supports balance growth, returns and risk appetite, identifying risks and opportunities to deliver business plans. The role can be based from our Wolverhampton office.
As a Pricing Manager you play a key role in shaping and delivering pricing across our specialist lending brands, ensuring decisions are informed, proactive and aligned to business goals. This role is central to maintaining our competitive position and bringing products to market effectively.
- Provide day‑to‑day pricing guidance to senior leaders, grounded in deep mortgage market and competitor insight.
- Manage product ranges to meet growth, return and risk targets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Review market positioning regularly and translate intelligence into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders.
- Lead proactive product updates and recommendations, staying alert to external factors that may impact pricing.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to support smooth, accurate and timely product launches.
- Play a key role in new pricing launches from design through to sign‑off, ensuring clarity of roles across teams.

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Experience in mortgage pricing, including complex and larger‑case pricing.
- Strong background in product data analysis, competitor insight and producing reports to support business cases.
- Hands‑on experience managing pricing launches from inception through to final sign‑off.
- Detailed understanding of the UK mortgage market, regulations, lender peer groups and pricing considerations.
- Strong Excel capability to support analysis and informed pricing recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams, share knowledge and continuously improve how we work.
