OSB Group is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to oversee the Lending workstream within the Transformation programme.
You will drive end-to-end planning, manage scope and risks, and coordinate with Business, Technology, Vendors and other teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
The role requires experience leading multi-stakeholder digital delivery in financial services, and hands-on guidance of Scrum Masters and BA resources within a hybrid-working environment.
