About the team
At OSB Group, we’re on a transformative journey to digitise the Bank and create simpler, faster and better outcomes for our customers. As an agile Enterprise Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role within our Transformation Programme, providing end-to-end delivery leadership across a critical workstream. Working closely with the Lead Product and Value Stream Product Owner, you’ll lead a cross-functional team using agile methodologies to plan, coordinate and deliver complex digital outcomes. You will work alongside Delivery Leads and Product Owners in the value streams. The role can be based from Wolverhampton, London or Chatham with occasional travel between OSB offices.
What you will be doing?
As Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will bring your technical background, strong delivery mindset and collaborative approach to ensure work is delivered to time, quality and budget, while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing the detailed workstream delivery plan, aligned to the Product Owner’s roadmap
- Identifying, managing and communicating priorities, risks, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple workstreams and tracking outcomes and actions
- Engaging and coordinating internal stakeholders, delivery partners and third-party vendors to deliver against business goals and OKRs
- Bringing hands‑on technical expertise in digitisation and engineering to support the cross-functional team and maintain delivery momentum
- Supporting backlog prioritisation, participating in agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle

- Proven experience in technical or digital delivery within an agile environment, working as an Agile Delivery Lead or Programme Manager within Banking
- Strong technical understanding of software development processes, technologies and architecture within banking
- Strong track record managing large scale, complex programmes across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through to release and ongoing maintenance through Confluence & JIRA
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Proven people leadership experience, and adept at building strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple third‑party providers, including FinTechs and SaaS vendors
