We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) HR to partner with business leaders across multiple regions and deliver recruitment outcomes and enable effective people management in diverse local contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to international business leaders, supporting people-related decisions aligned with business goals.
- Own and deliver recruitment for designated international markets (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, Netherlands).
- Support performance management processes and coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations.
- Serve as the HR point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policy application and local labor considerations.
- Contribute regional insights to the alignment of global HR policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- At least 5 years of working experience and minimum 3 years of HR experience in banking, payments, financial services, or software-related industries.
- Prior experience working with or within European companies is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, cross-cultural environment.
