As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates looking to develop their careers in the dynamic payments industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced fintech and payments industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and preparing reports.
- Client & CRM Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and support relationship management.
- Internal & External Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
- Sales & Order Support: Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and contracts, and coordinate order processing and delivery schedules.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Project Support: Contribute to planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft and manage key business documents including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of business events, conferences, and client engagement activities.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, assist in issue resolution, and contribute to improving the overall client experience.
- Data & Contract Management: Support data entry and performance tracking; assist in reviewing, maintaining, and filing contracts and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
- Interest in business development, compliance, and the fintech/payments sector.
- Previous experience in sales, client management, or administrative support is advantageous but not essential.
