We're currently recruiting a dedicated Café Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part‑time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. As a Café Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Shift patterns will be: 4 out of 7 days.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  • Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
  • Being a responsible key holder.
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
  • Complying with Food Handling.
