We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.
As a Costa Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
- To ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production.
- To delegate where necessary and ensure the team are proâactive at all times.
- Completion of weekly bookwork and any other duties that are deemed necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact and decisionâmaker.
- Be proâactive at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise.
