We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Alder Hey Children's Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well-known brand in a fast-paced, high-footfall setting where no two days are the same.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store’s overall performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Costa store
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods
  • Managing stock, minimising waste, and maintaining strong cost controls
  • Completing weekly admin, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Acting as the key decision-maker on site, resolving issues proactively
  • Maintaining a safe, compliant environment in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
  • Driving engagement and creating a positive team culture
