Kitchen Manager – Grind (Waterloo Station)

£34000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our team at Grind, bringing fresh ideas and real flair to our food offering. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) where you’ll combine hands-on cooking with team leadership, ensuring every dish is delivered to the highest standard.

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the kitchen culture, inspiring chefs, and delivering a menu that excites customers every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cooking and overseeing a consistently high-quality menu
  • Leading and developing a team of chefs, supporting them to grow and thrive
  • Driving kitchen standards, ensuring efficiency, food safety, and compliance are second nature
  • Managing stock, orders, and budgets to keep everything running smoothly
