Cafe Supervisor - Costa

We\’re currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager\’s guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
• Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cafe Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
