Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week

About You
We are seeking a creative, highly organised Stylist to lead on all aspects of styling and sample management across our e-commerce and campaign shoots. You\\\’ll play a critical role in preparing samples, building shoot decks, executing on-set styling, and ensuring smooth post-production handover. This is a dynamic position that demands strong fashion sense, trend awareness, and meticulous attention to detail across multiple projects.
You\’ll be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive style guides (including do\\\’s and don\\\’ts), to be reviewed and approved by the OA Founder
- Act as the Oner Active Style Guardian, ensuring all styling aligns with brand guidelines across all content, including campaigns, e-commerce, still life, and social
- Serve as the primary liaison between the styling team and product team, ensuring accurate communication of product information and styling notes
- Maintain consistent and trend-forward styling across all outputs, staying up to date with industry trends to keep Oner Active ahead of the curve
- Oversee the condition and readiness of NOOS (Never Out of Stock) products, coordinating with the product team to manage restocks as needed
- Collaborate with the Head of Art and Studio team on the development of creative mood boards for campaigns
- Work with the sample co-ordinator to develop and manage an efficient system for product storage, care, and accessibility across all shoots
Campaigns & E-Commerce Styling
Pre-Production
- Attend product briefings, campaign meetings, and planning sessions to understand creative direction and collection highlights
- Accurately order samples and ensure timely delivery for campaign, e-commerce, and social shoots
- Liaise with the sample coordinator and product team to track sample arrivals, flag delays, and communicate changes to the studio and production teams
- Organise and prepare all samples and accessories for shoots upon delivery, ensuring everything is accounted for and in pristine condition
- Conduct styling sessions with models to finalise looks that align with the creative direction and brand identity
- Build and present styling decks for internal approval, including outfit pairings, accessories, props, and overall styling vision
- Source and coordinate trend-led styling pieces (e.g. jewellery, trainers) to complement each collection and elevate the shoot aesthetic
- Collaborate with the Production and Styling Assistant to pack and prepare products for shoots in a systematic, organised manner
On Set
- Lead on-set styling for all shoots (e-commerce, campaigns, still life, and social content)
- Ensure all garments and accessories are steamed, clean, and presentation-ready
- Prepare and manage accessories and styling tools for use during shoots
- Style talent in the correct size garments, making any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal fit and visual consistency
- Maintain styling flow and continuity, ensuring outfits are shot in the correct order and in line with shoot plans
- Observe and fine-tune garment presentation for each shot, adjusting for lighting, posture, and movement as required
- Liaise with production to confirm talent are dressed in the correct items before stepping on set
- Oversee the efficient repacking and labelling of all products post-shoot for return to storage
Post-Production
- Communicate any sample-related issues from the shoot to the production and editing teams for appropriate retouching and follow-up
- Share detailed styling and garment notes with the e-commerce team to maintain consistency across platforms
- Ensure all samples used in shoots are cleaned, maintained, and stored for easy access for future use
- Work closely with the Production and Styling Assistant to keep the sample archive tidy, updated, and accessible
What you’ll need to have
- 2 – 3 years proven experience as a stylist in a fashion, e-commerce, or campaign environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to anticipate future trends
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong eye for style, trends, and garment presentation
- Confident working on set under time pressure and managing multiple looks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
