About you: You’re a performance-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a creative eye for what makes ads work. With over two years’ experience across paid media channels including PPC, Paid Social and YouTube, you’re confident working with agencies to plan, brief, launch and optimise campaigns that deliver against clear KPIs. You’re comfortable digging into data to uncover insights, testing new ideas, and turning performance learnings into actionable recommendations. Highly organised and collaborative, you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoy supporting campaigns from concept through to post-campaign analysis. You bring a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building effective, on-brand digital marketing activity across paid and affiliate channels.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Paid Media: Working closely with external agency partners across all paid media channels including but not limited to Meta, PPC, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. Support the creation of clear, insight-led briefs covering objectives, target audiences, messaging, formats, and KPIs. Coordinate the delivery of creative assets, ensuring they are supplied on time, meet channel specifications, and align with brand guidelines. Support and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of paid campaigns, working with agencies to test creative, audiences, formats, and messaging. Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, providing actionable recommendations. Ensure paid activity aligns with wider marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Creative & Campaign Support: Contribute to the development of performance-led creative concepts, using insights from paid media, audience behaviour and data to inform ideas. Support the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, and always-on activity. Conduct post-campaign reviews, summarising performance, learnings, and recommendations for future activity. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure creative output is both on-brand and commercially effective.
- Affiliate Marketing: Support the day-to-day management and growth of the affiliate marketing programme, working closely with partners to maximise return. Support onboarding and ongoing management of affiliates, managing communications, and supporting activity. Track and analyse affiliate performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale. Ensure affiliate activity aligns with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
You’ll need to have:
- At least two years’ experience in performance marketing, with hands-on involvement across both performance and brand-led campaigns.
- Proven experience managing paid media channels, including PPC, Paid Social and YouTube, either in-house or in collaboration with agency partners.
- A highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interrogate large datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong creative acumen, with a genuine passion for developing, testing and evolving effective paid media creative.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Solid digital marketing experience, with a clear understanding of how performance activity supports wider brand objectives.
- Strong reporting capabilities, including tracking campaign effectiveness and clearly communicating performance, learnings and next steps.
