Reports into: People Partner

Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

About you:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Oner Active People Team as People Coordinator. We are looking for a key player in supporting day-to-day People operations and ensuring an excellent employee experience. You will work closely with the People team and business leaders to help manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee records, performance management, and HR administration. The role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive work environment. This is an ideal position for someone eager to grow their career in human resources within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
    • Coordinate new hire orientations, including preparing materials, facilitating inductions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements & company policies.
    • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition for departing employees.
  • HR Administration & Recordkeeping:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and keep Hibob (HRIS) updated, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
    • Assist with the administration of benefits, payroll, and other HR systems.
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports and assist with various HR documentation as needed.
  • Employee Engagement & Support:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees for HR queries, providing support and guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Coordinate employee surveys, analyse feedback, and assist in implementing action plans based on the results.
  • Performance Management Support:
    • Assist in the coordination of performance review cycles, ensuring all employees are reviewed in a timely manner and providing logistical support.
    • Support the People Partner with performance management initiatives, including tracking goal progress, reporting on completion rates, and following up with managers and employees.
  • Training & Development Coordination:
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, from scheduling to preparing handout materials and managing logistics.
    • Assist with the tracking of employee training progress and ensure that employees meet necessary certification or compliance requirements.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Assist in ensuring HR processes comply with legal regulations and company policies.
    • Support the Head of People with audits, reports, and compliance-related documentation.

You’ll need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR coordinator or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment or in the fashion/activewear industry.
  • Previous experience with Hibob (HRIS) would be great
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
