About you
The Affiliate Partnerships Affiliate Exec will play an integral role in the execution and growth of Oner Active's global affiliate marketing program.
This position combines operational excellence, relationship management, and analytical thinking to help scale one of the brand's fastest‑growing channels.
You’ll work closely with the Affiliate Partnerships Manager to support the Powered By Oner and Affiliate program- ensuring smooth processes, high‑quality communication, and accurate tracking across all program touchpoints.
You’ll also bring curiosity and commercial understanding: recognising how developing partnerships can become a powerful global driver of new customer acquisition and long‑term brand advocacy.
This role is ideal for someone who is process‑driven and people‑focused, but also understands the story behind numbers- someone who can balance empathy with data, and detail with growth ambition.
Responsibilities
- Powered By Oner Management & Administration
- Managing day to day communications for Powered By Oner talent providing timely, professional, and brand‑aligned communication.
- Be responsible for ensuring talent are properly briefed ahead of all launches and key moments.
- Track report activity and performance through spreadsheets or dashboards, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Be responsible for the monthly salary and commission payment process and validating data.
- Maintain updated data, including contact information, performance notes, and communication history.
- Send new allowance codes quarterly to the full affiliate roster.
- Be responsible for talent growth and ROI.
- Search for and collect Spark Ad codes for Paid Ads.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own onboarding of new PBO talent, including handling contracts and negotiations.
- Own offboarding of inactive or non‑compliant affiliates in collaboration with the wider team.
- Campaign & Activation Support
- Lead the coordination of PBO‑led activations, challenges, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all affiliate commitments are met.
- Monitor participation rates and feedback to inform future initiatives.
- Community & Culture
- Lead the organisation of PBO community events (virtual and in‑person).
- Maintain positive, ongoing relationships through thoughtful and consistent communication.
- Coordinate affiliate and athlete birthday gifts or milestones, ensuring every interaction feels personal and on‑brand.
- Collect and share feedback to identify pain points or opportunities for programme improvement.
