We manage a diverse roster of Influencers, focused on delivering impactful partnerships that drive our brand ethos and generate measurable ROI. About You:
You’re a highly organised and proactive team player with a strong interest in influencer marketing, entertainment and talent partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail and enjoy taking ownership of projects to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Oner Active’s paid talent partnerships, taking ownership of the process once a deal has been agreed and ensuring every partnership runs smoothly from booking through to completion. From contracts and briefs to product orders, content submissions and invoicing, you’ll be responsible for keeping each partnership moving and delivering a seamless experience for both talent and internal teams.
Alongside paid partnerships, you’ll support our influencer seeding and gifting activity, bringing experience in identifying relevant talent, coordinating gifting and building relationships with creators across entertainment, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within Entertainment & Influencer Marketing, with the opportunity to gain greater exposure to the commercial side of talent partnerships and, with training and development, progress towards independently managing smaller paid talent deals.
You’ll be responsible for:
Paid Talent Partnerships- Taking ownership of all next steps once a paid talent partnership has been agreed, ensuring each partnership runs smoothly from booking through to completion.
- Coordinating the contracting process, ensuring agreed deliverables, fees, usage, exclusivity and timelines are accurately captured and progressed with relevant internal and external teams.
- Creating and managing talent briefs, ensuring campaign messaging, deliverables, timelines, product information and content requirements are clearly communicated.
- Managing talent product orders from creation through to delivery, ensuring the correct product reaches talent within required timelines.
- Managing content submissions and approvals, coordinating feedback between talent, management and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating the invoicing and payment process, ensuring invoices are received, accurately recorded and submitted to Finance on time.
- Tracking all live paid partnerships, proactively following up on outstanding actions and ensuring deadlines and contractual deliverables are met.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across contracts, briefs, invoices, content submissions, usage periods and partnership status.
- Building strong day-to-day relationships with talent, agents and management teams, representing Oner Active professionally throughout the partnership.
- Supporting Oner Active’s influencer seeding and gifting activity across entertainment, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and the wider creator landscape.
- Identifying and researching relevant and emerging talent for ongoing seeding, product launches and key brand moments.
- Building and maintaining targeted gifting lists, using cultural relevance, audience fit, data and previous performance to inform talent selection.
- Managing gifting outreach and product orders, ensuring talent receive the right product at the right time.
- Tracking gifting coverage and organic content, ensuring results are accurately captured within LEFTY and internal reporting.
- Building relationships with creators who organically engage with Oner Active and identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships over time.
- Staying close to emerging creators, social trends and cultural conversations to continually bring fresh and relevant talent into the Oner Active ecosystem.
- Developing an understanding of talent fees, deliverables, usage, exclusivity and negotiation through exposure to the wider paid talent process.
- Supporting senior team members on talent outreach and negotiations to build commercial confidence and experience.
- With training and demonstrated capability, progressing towards independently managing smaller paid talent partnerships from initial outreach and negotiation through to campaign completion.
You’ll need to have:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships or a related role, ideally within fashion, beauty, wellness or lifestyle.
- Experience supporting the delivery of paid influencer or talent partnerships, with an understanding of the process from booking through to completion.
- Hands-on experience in influencer seeding and gifting, including talent identification, outreach, fulfilment and coverage tracking.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple live partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills and the confidence to take ownership of a process and keep it moving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating professionally with talent, agents and management teams.
- A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the wider creator landscape.
- A strong eye for relevant and emerging talent across entertainment, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate next steps, follow up and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- An interest in developing the commercial and negotiation side of talent partnerships.
Nice to have’s:
- Previous experience supporting or managing influencer gifting and seeding, including talent identification, outreach, product fulfilment and coverage tracking.
- Experience using influencer platforms such as LEFTY, Traackr or Grin.
- Experience working with talent contracts, briefs, invoices and content approval processes.
- Understanding of talent usage rights, exclusivity and paid amplification.
- Experience working with Finance, Legal and external talent management teams.
