The Team:
The Partnerships Team at Oner Active is an outgoing and collaborative group, known for our approachable nature and fast-paced way of working. We manage a diverse roster of athletes and ambassadors, focused on delivering impactful partnerships that drive our brand ethos and generate measurable ROI. Dedicated and adaptable, we thrive in a fast-moving environment where being reactive and responsive is key. Together, we build meaningful, authentic relationships that grow our community and elevate the brand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Affiliate Management and Admin
- Inbox responsibility - manage the affiliate inbox, providing timely, accurate professional responses.
- Send new allowance codes every 3 months to entire roster
- Affiliate launch send outs
- Search for and collect SparkAd codes for Paid Ads
- Onboarding & Gifting
- Order new onboards product welcome packs weekly
- Gift KC requested talent
- Talent Scouting and Outreach
- Support scouting by researching and pre-qualifying new potential affiliates (based on engagement, content quality, alignment with brand).
- Assist with special campaigns (product launches, brand activations, affiliate specific activations).
- Help coordinate deliverables and deadlines from affiliates.
- Track affiliate participation rates and sales
- Community and Culture
- Support in organising affiliate initiatives such as townhalls or events (virtual and in-person)
- Order Partnerships Athlete Birthday flower orders
About You:
- Organised and process-oriented
- Basic understanding of content creation, social media metrics, and influencer marketing trends
- Proactive in keeping workflows tidy (naming conventions, folders, link tracking, affiliate data accuracy).
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional communicator
- Able to communicate any when tasks are complete, when issues arise, or difficult problems occur clearly with wider Affiliate/ Partnerships team
- Confident in representing Oner Active’s tone of voice and professionalism in all correspondence (especially for affiliate-facing emails).
