You are commercially sharp, data fluent and deeply knowledgeable about platform behaviour. You have a deep appreciation for how social drives both brand and growth and you know how to build frameworks that scale.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Define and own the long‑term social media strategy across all platforms.
  • Establish clear platform roles, growth priorities and audience objectives.
  • Build quarterly plans aligned to brand and commercial goals.

  • Identify opportunities to lead conversations within women’s strength training and performance culture.
  • Work closely with Brand and Creative teams to build social‑first brand moments and community‑led storytelling.
  • Ensure Oner’s voice remains distinctive, authentic and culturally relevant as the brand scales.

Analytics, Insight & Performance Governance

  • Own social performance measurement across growth, engagement and commercial contribution.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Analyst to translate data into actionable strategic decisions.
  • Identify which formats, campaigns and drops drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Develop structured reporting frameworks for Directors, highlighting performance trends and growth opportunities.
  • Use insight to inform tactics and priorities.

Growth and Commercial Impact

  • Set and own KPIs for follower growth, engagement rate, and audience health.
  • Partner closely with marketing channels to align organic and paid amplification strategies.
  • Ensure social contributes meaningfully to product launches, brand moments and always on activity.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen conversion pathways from social platforms.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Work in close partnership with the Head of Creative to ensure strategy and creative execution remain aligned.
  • Provide the Social Content team with clear strategic direction, priorities and performance context.
  • Act as the bridge between Growth and Brand, ensuring commercial objectives and brand storytelling are aligned.
  • Represent Social at leadership level across cross‑functional planning forums.

Governance and Risk Management

  • Establish clear frameworks for social governance, escalation and decision‑making.
  • Partner with senior leadership on crisis management strategy where required.
  • Ensure platform policies, tone and brand positioning are protected.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a high‑performing team.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, insights, and performance‑driven decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for fitness, strength training, and women’s empowerment is a plus.
