Reports into: Brand Marketing Director
Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

About You
Events sit at the heart of Oner Active’s brand and community. As Head of Experiential, you will own the end-to-end events globally, setting the vision, strategy and standards for how Oner Active shows up in the world, while still being close to execution. This is a high-impact role for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can think big, execute brilliantly and inspire a growing team. You will be responsible for defining our global events roadmap across the US and UK, leading flagship brand moments, managing budgets and resources, and developing an events team that consistently delivers industry-leading experiences. You’ll balance creativity with commercial thinking, bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring every event drives community engagement and measurable business impact.
Strategy, Vision & Ownership
- Owning the global events strategy for Oner Active, ensuring all events and activations align with brand vision, marketing objectives and commercial priorities.
- Developing a clear annual events roadmap, spanning brand moments, cultural moments, collection drops, community events, pop-ups and partnerships.
- Continuously identifying new, innovative event formats and opportunities to elevate Oner Active’s presence and cultural relevance.
Leadership & Team Management
- Leading, mentoring and developing the events team setting clear direction, standards and expectations.
- Creating scalable processes, frameworks and ways of working that support growth while maintaining creative excellence.
- Fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture that balances creativity, accountability and executional excellence.
- Providing hands-on support to the team on key events, flagship moments and complex productions.
Creative Direction & Brand Experience
- Setting the creative bar for all events, ensuring each experience is distinctive, on-brand and emotionally engaging.
- Partnering closely with Brand, PR, Creative and Sponsorship teams to develop compelling event concepts and integrated brand moments.
- Ensuring every touchpoint from venues and styling, to talent, gifting and guest experience, reflects Oner Active’s identity, mission and tone of voice.
- Championing originality, pushing creative boundaries while remaining grounded in brand and audience insight.
Execution & Operational Excellence
- Overseeing the planning and delivery of high-impact events across multiple markets, ensuring flawless execution at scale.
- Maintaining oversight of all event logistics including venues, production, agencies, travel, shipping, staffing and on-site operations.
- Acting as senior escalation point for problem-solving, decision-making and on-the-ground leadership during live events.
- Maintaining flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required, leading by example during critical moments.
Budget, ROI & Performance
- Owning the events budget, including forecasting, cost control, supplier negotiations and financial reporting.
- Defining success metrics and KPIs for events, tracking ROI and impact across brand, community and commercial objectives.
- Leading post-event evaluations, extracting insights and applying learnings to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Building and maintaining senior relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, PR, Operations, Product, CX and Logistics.
- Overseeing relationships with external agencies, producers, venues, suppliers and collaborators.
- Supporting sponsorship and partnerships through strategic event integration and relationship-building.
Brand Ambassadorship
- Acting as a ambassador for Oner Active, representing the brand with confidence, professionalism and style.
- Ensuring every event strengthens brand trust, loyalty and community connection.
You’ll need to have
- Extensive experience leading and delivering high-impact events, ideally within sportswear, fitness, lifestyle or similarly fast-paced industries.
- Proven experience owning an events function, including strategy, budgets and team leadership.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate brand storytelling into compelling real-world experiences.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-visibility events with measurable business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing at senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and ROI.
- Comfort operating in a start-up or scale-up environment, thriving amid change, ambiguity and rapid growth.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
