Role : Head of Retail Expansion Contract Type: Full Time, working 37.5 hours per day, 5 days per week Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London Nothing is clearer to us than the belief that every woman should include strength training in her life to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Global Retail Expansion: Spearhead Oner Active\’s physical retail strategy, from concept to execution, with a focus on scalability and brand impact Store Launch Execution: Oversee the end-to-end process of launching new stores, from initial planning through to grand opening, ensuring excellence at every stage Project Management: Lead external agencies and contractors including architects and build teams, managing timelines, budgets, and execution with precision Retail Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire in-store teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets Sales & Performance: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimise operations to drive profitability and elevate the in-store customer journey Partner with brand, operations, and product teams to ensure each store reflects Oner Active\’s identity and community values A minimum of 10 years of experience leading retail teams and executing store openings at scale Demonstrated success managing large-scale retail budgets and staying on time and under cost Strong project management skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and external partners A network of trusted real estate agents, contractors, and premium design firms.
