Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

The Team
The Graphic Design Team at Oner Active sits within the Marketing Department and plays a key role in bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint. We collaborate closely with all our key channels, including social media, CRM, web and events, to deliver design that’s not just visually impactful, but strategically aligned. We’re a close-knit, supportive team of creatives who care deeply about craft, storytelling, and doing great work together. Whether it’s a major campaign or a quick-turn asset, we aim for excellence, while staying flexible, curious and open to new ideas.
About you
You’re a seasoned creative with a passion for pushing design boundaries while ensuring pixel-perfect execution. You’re confident leading briefs, setting the visual bar, and mentoring others. You understand how to balance brand consistency with innovation, and you’re excited to shape how the brand looks and feels across every touchpoint. You’re proactive, strategic, and thrive when you’re given space to bring ideas forward.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creative Development & Execution: Present original concepts that align with campaign objectives and develop them into high-quality, on-brand design assets. Execute creative across a range of formats including social media, web, CRM, print, and in-store marketing materials. Translate briefs into impactful visual storytelling that elevates the brand and engages target audiences.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, content, and product to ensure creative output supports strategic goals. Communicate effectively with external partners and agencies, providing clear direction and feedback when required. Act as a trusted creative voice in cross-functional meetings and campaign planning sessions.
- Quality Control & Mentorship: Review and approve work from midweight and junior designers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall quality. Provide constructive feedback and hands‑on support to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence. Support the Graphic Design Manager in maintaining high standards and consistency across all creative output.
- Brand Stewardship & Innovation: Champion the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency while identifying opportunities to evolve and refine it. Stay informed of emerging design trends, digital formats, platform behaviours, and tools, applying new thinking where relevant. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, offering fresh perspectives to enhance storytelling and execution.
You’ll need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptually strong thinking and refined design craft across both digital and print formats.
- Experience developing and executing campaign creative across multiple channels, particularly social media and CRM.
- A social‑first lens, with an understanding of how design needs to flex and perform across social platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and solid working knowledge of Figma.
- Motion graphics experience/skills strongly desired.
- Strong ability to give and receive feedback, clearly articulate design rationale, and collaborate with non‑design stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior designers within a team environment.
