OnePlus is seeking a result oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to join our marketing team in London, UK. This job requires excellent project management skills and the ability to joggle multiple campaigns at the same time. You are comfortable with engaging conversation with new people and have outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills. Working in a global company, you need to be open-minded in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven marketeer with a broad understanding of how to deliver a successful KPI-led campaign, with a demonstrable passion and skill set to deliver results. Industry experience within smartphone or consumer electronics brand is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of pan-europe 360 degree go-to-market projects for flagship launch campaigns, as well as brand and product marketing activations.
  • Ensure plan & strategy alignment with all stakeholders within the Europe Region and other country teams.
  • Conduct research, including consumer mapping and target audience analysis, to inform the go-to-market strategy.
  • Write agency briefs, support the pitch management process and follow up with project progress.
  • Represent and convey OnePlus brand and product values to external agencies.
  • Optimize the use of marketing resources, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned to enhance brand visibility and support the creation of a premium brand image.
  • Proactively plan ahead, demonstrating strong forward-thinking capabilities and problem solving skills.
  • Monitor external channels, such as media, blogs, and forums, to identify emerging trends and analyze competitor activities.
  • Track and evaluate key KPIs and metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance. Report findings to the Marketing Director, EU Region, and Global HQ.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Communication related subject.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Creative, Media or Marketing agency, or relevant client-side experience
  • Proven ability to execute both online and offline campaigns, with a focus on digital and an understanding of how PR fits alongside the marketing mix
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven to take initiative, with a desire to help people adapt to various changing and complex environments
  • Ability to work in diverse multinational environments
  • Consumer electronics and tech industry experience preferred
  • Is proactive – enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen
  • Is organised – able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing essential administrative work and reports
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines and ability to handle changing requirements
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
