Senior Recruitment Consultant

Here at OnePlace Solutions we are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team in Tamworth. OnePlace Solutions are a midlands based agency specialising in Industrial, Warehousing, Engineering and Manufacturing. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant your duties will include: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients Business development Booking and attending new and current business meetings Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding Filling a range of bookings Supporting junior members of the team offering support, guidance and advice Experience and skills required: At least two years\’ experience within the recruitment industry Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast paced environment High level of initiative and accountability Excellent time management skills At OnePlace we are a friendly lot, we get the job done and enjoy doing it.
