OnePlace Solutions are currently recruiting for Powder Coaters for our client based in Nuneaton. Our client are a leading manufacturer of industrial access panels. As a part of the production team you be expected to successfully follow out the below job responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sandblasting or applying chemical treatments as required. Select and mix powder coating materials to achieve desired colour/finish. Apply powder coating using spray guns or other application equipment, ensuring even coverage and thickness to meet company standards. Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain accurate coating application. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment. Hours of Work: The hours of work is Monday to Thursday working 8am until 4:30pm. Friday is working 8am until 3:30pm. Pay Rate: The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour + an attendance bonus of £1.00 per hour based on completing a full week. Location: CV11, Nuneaton. Our client are looking f...
