OnePlace Solutions are currently recruiting for Powder Coaters for our client based in Nuneaton. Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial access panels. As a part of the production team, you will be expected to successfully follow out the below job responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sandblasting or applying chemical treatments as required.
- Select and mix powder coating materials to achieve desired colour/finish.
- Apply powder coating using spray guns or other application equipment, ensuring even coverage and thickness to meet company standards.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain accurate coating application.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Hours of Work: The hours of work are Monday to Thursday working 8am until 4:30pm. Friday is working 8am until 3:30pm.
Pay Rate: The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour + an attendance bonus of £1.00 per hour based on completing a full week.
Location: CV11, Nuneaton.
