We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Admin to join our Client in Northampton!
Responsibilities
- Maintain good communication with customers and Managers/Supervisors.
- Maintain Health and Safety ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the Operations Manager
- Raise deliveries using booking systems, work with multiple booking systems.
- Carry out physical stock counts in a structured and accurate manner capturing all checks made and any discrepancies found.
- Adjustments to stock levels to be made on the WMS as and when necessary
- Ensuring that all administrative duties are carried out with efficiency and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of any adjustments made on the system that can be presented to customer or the management team.
- Keep accurate records of any Customer Returns.
- Carry out agreed customer process for the raising of customers orders and prepare the necessary pick list for each specific order.
- Printing labels/paperwork accurately for Specific customers.
- Liaise with drivers visiting the site that are delivering and / or collecting stock and ensure that all vehicle / driver details are captured and that the correct load is allocated to the correct bay or vehicle, whether inbound or outbound.
- Work well in a team, and can think outside the box.

Experience
- Capable of operating independently and within broad guidelines
- Capable of good interpersonal skills and resilient character.
- Working knowledge of warehousing.
- Good levels of commitment and motivation.
- Clean and presentable appearance.
- Able to update spreadsheets and E-mail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hours of Work
- Working Monday to Friday 6am until 2pm. You would be required to work 2pm until 10pm every 6 weeks for 1 shift due to logistics timings. xgikmsk
