OnePlace Solutions are seeking reliable and skilled Forklift Counterbalance Drivers to join their team based in Burton Upon Trent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading & unloading of freight in a pallet network environment. This role requires a strong understanding of a pallet network and the ability to handle various freight with a fast paced method.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operating Forklift Counterbalance Trucks loading and unloading heavy goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles, including equipment repair as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient warehouse processes.
  • Meet weekly targets and work as a team to ensure safe distribution of goods.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday working, 6pm to 3am

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour, rising to 37k-40k per year once perm

Experience Needed: Up to 2 years previous experience in a Forklift Counterbalance Driving role ideally within a pallet network but not essential. In date, accredited Forklift Counterbalance License.
