We are currently recruitingSenior Vehicle Techniciansto join the busy and well-establishedService and MOT Departmentat our clients main site in Hinckley.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians who take pride in delivering top-quality work and want to be part of a supportive, professional team that values craftsmanship and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
- Performing MOT preparation and associated repair work
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time and in line with industry and manufacturer standards
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Service and MOT Department
- Supporting junior technicians and providing guidance when needed
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed
- Contributing to a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience
What Were Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- A proactive and \”can-do\” attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A clean driving licence is desirable
