Duties:

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote effective team management.
  • Oversee processes and implement new procedures to ensure standards and KPIs are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including other sites, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a logistics and production environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Proven supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and customers alike.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in production is considered an advantage but not essential.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites when shift cover is required.
  • A car is essential due to travel requirements.
