We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised recruitment qualification.
No previous recruitment experience is requiredwe're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building relationships.
What you'll be doing: Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews.
Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
Building relationships with clients and candidates.
Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment system.
Learning about employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills.
A positive and professional attitude.
Confident speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face.
Organised with good attention to detail.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Eager to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.
Hours of
Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm What you'll receive: Full training and mentoring from experienced Recruitment Consultants.
