Our client based in Tamworth is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their busy team. Our client is a distribution centre based in Tamworth.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following daily tasks:
- Filling out basic paperwork.
- Processing sales credits.
- Posting sales and purchase payments.
- Checking and posting purchase invoices.
- Posting daily sales invoicing to SAGE50/Orderwise.
- Setting up customers/suppliers on Orderwise.
- Working towards monthly deadlines.
- Maintaining stock levels & communication with line manager.
- Dealing with queries & communication with the team.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday working 9am until 5pm
Hourly Rate: £13.25 per hour
The ideal candidate would also drive due to the location of the role.
