This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice to join the One Place Solutions team in Tamworth where you will train in the full 360 duties of a recruitment consultant. If you're a people person and target/goal driven this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do
- Headhunting & Candidate Search
- Proactively searching through candidates for industrial and logistics/warehousing roles
- Conducting structured calls to assess suitability and motivations and assessing any qualifications needed
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for live vacancies
- Preparing candidate summaries, notes and qualification documentation
- Updating CRM records with accurate candidate information
- Ensuring all Right to work checks and documentation are completed in a thorough manner and to OnePlace specifications
- Client Support & Delivery
- Assisting consultants with live vacancies and shortlisting
- Coordinating interviews, managing feedback and supporting the candidate journey
- Preparing shortlist packs and supporting documentation
- Ensuring communication with clients and candidates is professional, timely and clear
- Business Development Support
- Conducting market research into recruitment agencies and commercial teams across the UK
- Creating target lists for outreach and headhunting campaigns
- Assisting with client pitch materials, proposals and BD collateral
- Supporting consultants with lead generation and relationship-building activity
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Helping support creation of content for digital channels when required
- Supporting brand consistency across messaging and outreach
- Assisting with events, networking activity and community engagement
- Administration
- General administrative support to the team
- Using the CRM to add and update clients, candidates and vacancies
- Coordinating interviews and managing documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions
- Supporting reporting, data management and workflow organisation
