OnePlace Solutions are currently recruiting for 2 x Team Leaders to join our clients busy operation in the Newmarket area on a Temp to Perm basis.
Role Purpose: Responsible for supervising the day to day activities of team members, to ensure operations run seamlessly. Evaluating the performance of workers and ensuring work equipment is available. Overseeing welfare and productivity of staff. Assigning team members to specific tasks.
Duties:
- Ensuring warehouse operatives are working efficiently and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
- Helping out in the warehouse to ensure everything is complete and correct
- Picking and packing
- Maintaining company Health and Safety standards
- Training members of staff
- Tracking overtime and attendance
Hours of work: 5 out of 7 days required working either 10pm to 6.30am or 2am to 10.30am
