We are a well-established, family-run manufacturing business based in Tamworth, and we are looking for an experienced GRP Laminator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working with fibreglass (GRP) in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where quality and teamwork really matter.
The role:
- Laminating fibreglass components to a high standard
- Working from moulds and technical drawings
- Preparing materials, moulds, and finishes
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a GRP / Fibreglass Laminator
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a small team
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
