Aufgaben

  • Als Onepilot-Agent arbeiten Sie auf freiberuflicher Basis und unterstützen die Kunden unserer Auftraggeber bei ihren Anliegen.
  • Nach einer E-Learning-Schulung zu den jeweiligen Kunden erhalten Sie Zugang zu einer Wissensdatenbank für das jeweilige Projekt.
  • Mit Hilfe unserer Technologie und dieser Wissensdatenbank sind Sie in der Lage, Anfragen per E-Mail, Chat oder Telefon effizient zu beantworten.
  • Sie arbeiten komplett ferngesteuert und werden pro gelöstes Ticket bezahlt. Der Preis pro Anfrage hängt von der Komplexität, der Bearbeitungszeit und Ihrem Standort ab und liegt zwischen 0,40 € und 2 €.
  • Im Durchschnitt verdienen unsere Agenten zwischen 15 € und 20 € pro Stunde.
