Aufgaben
Als Onepilot-Agent sind Sie ein freier Mitarbeiter, der den Kunden unserer Kunden bei ihren Problemen hilft. Nachdem Sie E-Learning-Schulungen für Ihre Kunden absolviert haben, erhalten Sie Zugang zu einer Wissensdatenbank für jeden einzelnen Kunden. Die Onepilot-Technologie und diese Wissensdatenbank ermöglichen es Ihnen, effektiv auf die Anfragen unserer Kunden zu reagieren, die per E-Mail, Chat oder Anruf eingehen. Sie arbeiten von zu Hause aus und werden für jedes gelöste Ticket bezahlt. Der Preis für jedes Ticket hängt von der Komplexität des Tickets und Ihrem Standort ab. Er schwankt zwischen 0,40€ und 2€.
