An opportunity has arisen within our Commercial and Supply Chain team, in the dynamic role of Supply Chain Coordinator. This role will involve managing current and prospective supplier communications, while ensuring consistent levels of customer service. In addition, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing office facilities as well as corporate invoicing and purchasing.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, responsibilities include management of key suppliers including quarterly performance reviews, providing audit support and acting as a focal point for standardising suppliers and processes. The Supply Chain Coordinator is also responsible for managing facility maintenance and cleaning within the Marischal Square office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships in all areas of the business. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Previous experience of D365 and Medius is beneficial, but not essential.
