Peterson Solutions UK is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to make a real impact by helping businesses embed sustainable and responsible sourcing initiatives and climate impact reduction, resilience, and adaptation strategies into their operations.
As a senior member of our consultancy, you’ll take ownership of key Sustainable Sourcing projects, lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions, and work directly with clients to design practical, harmonised sustainability strategies. You’ll also play a pivotal role in business development and thought leadership, helping us grow our climate project portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver projects on sustainable sourcing, carbon reduction, and supply chain due diligence.
- Take ownership of projects with smooth handover from the Technical Director.
- Drive business development through proposals, client engagement, and networking.
- Represent Peterson at industry events and conferences.
- Manage and mentor Sustainability Consultants within the team.
- Stay ahead of sustainability trends and best practices.
- Travel as needed for client engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in sustainability, carbon reduction, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol and sustainability frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong professional network in sustainability sectors.
