Purpose: Support a short-term internal review of our Business Management System (BMS), ensuring documents are accurate, up to date, and consistently formatted.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update BMS documents (policies, procedures, forms).
- Correct formatting, layout, and template issues in Word.
- Maintain version control and document registers.
- Liaise with document owners to gather updates and approvals.
- Ensure documents meet internal standards and are stored correctly in the system.
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or similar admin/document support role.
- Strong MS Word skills and ability to fix formatting issues quickly.
- Experience with Business Management Systems or quality systems is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently to tight timelines.
