What’s on offer?
Monday – Friday – Between 8:00am – 5:00pm
28 days holiday per annum + public holidays
What will you be doing as a Assistant Buyer?
Providing procurement support, quoting, liaising with customers on all purchasing, supply chain related matters
Sourcing products, liaising with suppliers regarding price, availability and lead times, negotiate purchase agreements with suppliers, ensuring all products/materials meet company/client’s standards
Responsible for order processing, generating sales order or/and purchase order
Expediting and tracking orders, organising and monitoring air console shipments, assist with importing and exporting tasks
General Administration duties, including filing, maintaining accurate data, compiling internal reports, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
What do you need?
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Good Maths and English skills
Computer Literate

Previous experience working in administration role
Experience of ERP/MRP systems
