We are seeking a full-time experienced Project Director to lead post-merger integration and strategic programmes across One Ocean, providing execution and delivery discipline to deliver our company vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end post-merger integration and other strategic programmes, from planning through to execution and benefits realisation.
- Establish robust programme governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery controls.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including the executive teams and their direct reports to drive business transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and organisational change.
- Track and deliver synergy, cost-saving, and performance improvement targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams and third-party partners to achieve programme objectives.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
- Proven experience leading post-merger integration and business transformation programmes.
- Strong programme and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the company.
- Experience delivering organisational, operational, and process change.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on benefits realisation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- General business knowledge across core business functions and saas/tech/maritime.
